Q: How long does it take for my order to arrive?

A: After you place your order, we need 1 to 2 business days to process and pack it. Then, standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3 to 5 business days. In total, most orders arrive within 4 to 7 business days from the purchase date.

Q: Do you ship outside the United States?

A: At the moment, we only ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. We hope to expand in the future.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: You have 30 calendar days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Contact us and we’ll provide a prepaid return label – there are no restocking fees and return shipping is free.

Q: How long do refunds take?

A: After your return arrives at our warehouse, we inspect it and process the refund within 1 to 2 business days. Once processed, it can take 7 to 10 business days for the money to show up in your bank or PayPal account.

Q: What payment methods can I use?

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. All prices are in United States dollars, and you’ll see the final total before confirming your order.

Q: Is my payment information secure?

A: Absolutely. Our checkout is encrypted, and we use trusted payment partners who follow strict security standards. We never store your full credit card number on our own servers.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

A: We process orders quickly, but if you contact us within a few hours of placing the order, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations. Once a tracking number has been generated, the order can no longer be modified. Any successful cancellation is refunded in full as described in our Refund & Returns Policy.
