From bustling Bangkok to sunny San José, we merged two diverse epicurean cultures into one sizzling sauce. Fresh ginger, garlic & onion, honey and an ample dose of red chilies round out this classic flavor profile. Not as hot as our BeeSting Honey n’ Habanero Pepper Sauce, but not a 98 lb. weakling either. Great with curries, stir-frys, on Chinese take-out, on grilled shrimp and pork… heck even tofu if you have to. It’s perfectly suited to baste, glaze and marinade with, and as a splashing & dipping sauce. As well as table use on any dishes where you’d desire a bit of sweet heat. Artisinally handmade in small batches. All-natural… All killer… No filler.
